Ground to hold about 6000 at a cost not exceeding £600.
Resignation of Resolved the resignation of Mr. B. Kelly as a
Director Director of the company be accepted.
Contract for Stands Resolved Messrs Kelly Bros. be requested to send
Tender & specification on plans submitted to Ground
Committee & if agree to complete work
not later than mid-day March 31st they proceed
with work. Payment to be made half after
completion & other half in Sept next.
Press Stand Resolved that the Sub Com. of F. A. having promised
to meet us in cost of erecting Press Box, Messrs
Kelly Bros. proceed with the work (say hold 100)
& the work to be completed for Final Match.
Other arrangements Resolved the Ground Com. deal with any further
questions arising on this matter.
