Liverpool	   Resolved that the request for a match on
& Dist Combination half nett gate terms be granted. Date to
		   be arranged.
R. Williams	Resolved that the secretary send a letter of
(Goalkeeper)	sympathy to this player & ask for a
		medical certificate as to the nature of
		his injury. Wages to be continued.
Office		Resolved that he purchase the office from
		Mr. Morgan, to be delivered on the ground in
		good order & Condition for £35.
R. Kelso	Resolved that this players request for an
		increase of wages be not granted.
Mr. Barclay	Resolved that the secretary write to
		this gentleman & thank him for his letter re
		Holt & Chadwick & say that the Directors would
		be glad if he would attend the next meeting of
		the Association when the applications of above
		will be dealt with.
Letters		It was resolved that all letters received
		during the week, be filed for the convenience
		of the Directors
Picnic		Resolved that the Sub Committee report be
		accepted as read & that the arrangements made
		be confirmed viz. steamer for players & Committee
		from Chester to Farndon £3-3/- tea at Farndon
		2/6 each for Saturday August 6th.
