Present		W. Jackson Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Griffiths,
		Atkinson, Coates, Leyland, Currier,
		Clayton &  Dr. Baxter.
Allotment	Resolved that the following be allotted
of Shares	Shares as per their applications viz.
		395  (3) A Cornett		Harrington St.
		396  (3) Seth Backhouse		3 St. James Rd
		     (1) Arthur Unsworth	20 Prescot Drive
		397  (15) Wm Herbert Catvert	West View Moss Lane, Aintree
Fixture		Resolved that we have 500 printed
Cards		& Same design as last year.
Insurance	This matter to be brought up for discussion
of Players	at the next meeting.
Marsden's	Resolved that we instruct our Solicitors
writ		to enter an appearance on our behalf.
Agreement	Resolved that we have 200 Copies printed
Articles of Assn for Sale @ 1/- each.
Bootle		Resolved that the request of this Club for
		us to alter dates of fixture with Sheffield
		United, be not acceded to.
Stand		Resolved that the back of the Stand be
		battened.
Auditors	A letter was read from Messrs
		T. Rogers, suggesting  improvements.

| 208 | Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms. | 
| 211 | Reserve Team to have a gold medal each. | 
| 243 | Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team | 
| 245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth | 
| 286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. | 
| 295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. | 
| 365 | Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship | 
| 444 | Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc. |
