Present		A. T. Coates Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Read, Kelly, Leyland,
		Wilson, Atkinson, Griffiths & Dr. Baxter.
Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.
Team	v	Liverpool same as selected for Saturday last with
		Kelso as Reserve.
Team	v	Padiham - Cook, Milward, Arridge, Taylor, Storrier,
		Elliott, Reay, Murray, Geary, McMillan, Handford.
Team	v	West Bromwich - Williams, Kelso, Parry, Boyle, Storrier, Elliott,
		Reay, Hartley, Geary, McMillan, Milward.
Hartley		Appeared before the Directors & it was resolved he be
		continued on the bonus list.
Murray		Resolved the Secretary write & say if he fails to turn
		up to play again when selected, it will mean a
		very severe fine.
Directors	in charge on Saturday - Mr. Wilson & Dr. Baxter.
Directors	to West Bromwich - Mr. Coates & the Sec.
Training	Resolved Dinners be provided for the League team
		this week at the Ground.
Elliott's	Resolved Elliott's wages be increased to 40/-
wages		per week & date from May 1st last.

| 208 | Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms. | 
| 211 | Reserve Team to have a gold medal each. | 
| 243 | Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team | 
| 245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth | 
| 286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. | 
| 295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. | 
| 365 | Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship | 
| 444 | Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc. |
