Balance Sheet
(Draft)		Resolved the Draft Balance Sheet as presented by
		Messrs T. Theodore Rogers & Co. be approved.
Annual Meeting	Resolved the Annual Meeting be held in the
		Rotunda Lecture Hall & that the Chairman & Sec.
		fix date of same.

League Meeting	Resolved Mr. Clayton attend League Meeting
		with the Secretary on Monday next & that they
		have a free hand re Rules &c.
Lancashire League Resolved we withdraw our application for
		Membership & that we apply to the Football Combination.
		The Secretary attend Meeting with Mr. Clayton.
Handford	Resolved he be offered 20/- per week all the Year.
