Mortgage on	Resolved Dr. Baxter & Mr. Clayton see Messrs Threlfalls.
Ground		to try & get rate of interest reduced failing same
		Dr. Baxter advance the sum of 5,000 at 3½% & have
		mortgage transferred.
Overdraft at	Resolved we arrange for an overdraft of £1,000
Bank		& that this sum be paid off mortgage to Threlfalls.
Office Lavatory	Resolved it be proceeded with provided Mr. Crawshaw
		gets estimate satisfactory to Ground Committee.
