Present		Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Messrs Brooks, Bainbridge,
		Crawshaw, Prescott, Davies & Clayton.
Minutes		of two meetings read & confirmed.
Team	v	Sheffield United - Hillman, Adams, Arridge, Boyle, Holt,
		Stewart, Latta, Bell, Cameron, Chadwick, Milward & in case
		Cameron fails to turn up, Bell go Centre & McInnes vice Bell.
Team	v	Northwich - Hiles, McDonald, Storrier, Goldie, Meiklejohn,
		Elliott, Reay, Chadwick, Mainman, Flewitt & Schofield.
Directors	in charge of Gate: Messrs Prescott & Davies.
Director	to Northwich	   Mr. Clayton.
Linesman	Saturday -	   Mr. Leyland.
Notts Forest	Resolved the team with Mr. Prescott go to Bingham on
match		Friday night 4.35 train.
Hartley		Resolved he appear before the Directors next week.
Next meeting	Tuesday next.
Secretary to	Resolved this matter be put on Agenda for the
away matches	next meeting.
Hiles		The Secretary reported Hiles had signed at £1 per week.
Adv. Contract	The Chairman stated he had received letter
		from the Mersey Athletic Publishing Co. stating they
		would take on the Contract for a further year.
