Players Wages	Resolved the Secretary have £5 per week allowed him
		as from January 4 to meet any extra wages for say
		10 weeks.
Fixture		Resolved we play Celts here March 14th terms Lay
		Gross receipts guarantee £50.
Engagement of	Resolved we offer McDonald of Dundee £10 bonus
Players		for signing League form & wages up to April 30th
		at £3 per week, with a promise if he suits, his
		engagement continue for a further 12 months.
Boyd		Mr. Crawshaw moved & Mr. Prescott seconded
		we offer Rangers £50 for transfer, but no
		decision was arrived at.
