Present		J. Prescott Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Dr. Baxter, Bainbridge,
		Crawshaw, Davies, Brooks & Kelly.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Picnic		Resolved we arrange Players Picnic on same lines as
		last year & that a Sub Committee consisting of Messrs
		Bainbridge, Crawshaw & the Secretary be appointed to carry
		out the arrangements.
Accounts	Messrs T. T. Rogers & Co. £42.18.11 be paid.
Transfer of Shares 1 from F. W. Thornton	to B. Kelly	no.  237.
		   1  "   T. H. Williams	to B. Kelly	no.  238.
		   1  "   G. Marshall		to B. Kelly	no. 1393.
A. Latta	Resolved the Secretary write & say that unless a substantial
		payment be made on or before the 11th matter will be
		put in Solicitors hands.
Crosby Sports	Resolved we lend Mr. Bainbridge a Turnstile & the
		Telegraph Board for Crosby Sports.
Directors Stand	Resolved we offer 25 Seats to the Public at 2
		Guineas each & the rest be reserved for the Directors
		and their friends.
