Present		Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Messrs Bainbridge, Brooks, Clayton,

Minutes of two previous meetings read & confirmed.
A. Latta	Resolved we do not make him offer to engage for
		this Season - & further that Solicitors be instructed
		to proceed with writ & recover as soon as possible
		amount due not to accept any monthly payment.
Hoarding	Resolved contract for new hoarding £87 as reported
		by Mr. Crawshaw be confirmed.
J. Holt		Resolved a letter be sent stating that his explanation
		was unsatisfactory, but the Directors will take
		no further action in this case, but a recurrence
		will be severely dealt with.
Team	v	Macclesfield - Menham, Barker, Molyneux,
		Nash, Meiklejohn, Robertson, Williams, Campbell,
		Cameron, McDonald, Elliott.
Team	v	Sheffd. Wednesday - Briggs, Storrier, Arridge, Boyle, Holt,

		with Barker reserve for Arridge & Goldie.
