Meeting of Directors held in the Office Wednesday Aug 17th 1892
Present		Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Messrs Griffiths, Clayton,
		Atkinson, Leyland & Davies.
Loan to Company	Resolved that if Dr. Baxter cannot make better
		terms other than at present offered - He get the
		personal Security.
Secretary's	Resolved that the Secretary do not give any
instructions	instructions other than those directed by the
		Directors at their Meeting. He to pass such
		instructions on to the parties concerned.
R H Howarth	Resolved that the Sec. write to Howarth & ask
		how it was he did not turn up to Practice on
		Tuesday night.
Practice	Resolved that we have Practice match on the
		Stanley Ground on Tuesday next & that it be adv.
		in the papers.
