Sub Commes. report The Chairman reported having seen Mr. Molyneux and
agreed with him (subject to approval by Directors) to take
over the whole of his shares in this Company, viz. 34 part
paid and 6 fully paid shares at 22/6 and £2 per share
respectively and recommending the Directors to
accept same. It was unanimously resolved that the
sum of £50.10.0 be paid to Mr. Molyneux on having
