Trial to
McMullen It was agreed F. McMullen (inside right) and
and Latham Geo. Latham (inside left) should be given a
trial in the practice games.
Paterson The Hon. Secretary read a letter from Hamilton
Academical Football club asking that
Paterson might be sent to them for next
season. The Hon. Secretary was instructed to
reply that we were debarred by the English.
Football Association laws from complying
with their request.
Hospital The Hon. Secretary read a letter from the
Saty. Fund Hon. Secretary of the Hospital Saturday Fund
asking us to make a small charge for
admission to the practice games in lieu of
giving permission for collection boxes.
It was resolved that we agree to this
provided that they obtained permission
from the Football Association.
Bert Sharp The Hon. Secretary reported that Bert Sharp had
applied to the League Management for a
reduction of his transfer fee. A letter was
also read from the League Secretary asking
