on the 1st prox. & the Secretary was instructed
to notify Dr. Baxter today.
Boardman Resolved that Boardman be signed
on up to 15/- per week.
McEwan Resolved that the Secretary visit Glasgow
& endeavour to sign McEwan up to £3
per week & to promise to try to find him
employment as an upholsterer.
Balmer & Resolved that the net proceeds of the
Wolstenholme Wolverhampton League match be applied
towards these players benefit.
Crelly Resolved that Crelly be paid £3 per week
so long as his play & conduct be satisfactory
to the Directors: he to sign agreement to that
effect.
Bowman This player - the consideration of was
ordered to be put on agenda for next meeting.
Nomads The Secretary having read letter asking for
a match in spring & for the use of the ground
on a Wednesday on February 18 & on March
he was instructed to write consenting
their offer of the services of Messrs Walmsley,
Laurence, Thomas & Elston for Boxing Day
was gratefully accepted.
