The Secretary having intimated that it was
his intention to relinquish his town office
if the Directors consent to his transacting
his business at the Company's office, the
same was ordered to be put on agenda for
next meeting. Drs. Baxter & Whitford consented to act as Hon.
Medical Officers & Consultants to the club.
Smoking Concert Resolved that a Committee be formed consisting
of the Chairman Messrs Kelly, Bainbridge and
the Secretary to report.
