Reduce Mge Mr. Coates moved and it was resolved that
formal notice be given to the Mortgagees of
our intention to repay the sum of £1500 in
reduction of the mortgage on December 31st
or earlier if possible : Dr. Baxter on behalf of
himself & cotrustees (Mortgagees) agreeing
to accept the notice for a £1000 if £1500 is found
too much, & at an earlier date than Dec. 31st
if found more convenient to the Mortgagees.
