and the Auditor having explained same
to the Directors the following resolutions
were passed, it being reported that the
amount to be received from the football
Association in respect of our share of
the semi-final and final tie receipts
was estimated in the a/cs at £2500 and
in respect of percentage of the England-
Ireland International match at Goodison
Park at £100.
1 That the amounts due from Sundry debtors
be valued for the purposes of the Balance
sheet of £2838. 19. 4 on open a/cs.
2 That a depreciation of 10% be written off
ground stands, hoardings & erections
amounting to £581. 7. 10 and off office
fixtures & implements amounting to £18.13.6.
