Wilson G. Resolved that Messrs Bainbridge, Baxter
& Wilson visit Scotland in an endeavour
to get Wilson's Signature.
Resolved that the architect having certified
the following payments be made viz.
Henshaw & Sons. £1500
Phillips & Co. £200
Crittall Manufacturing Co. £89.15.3
Extraordy The notice convening the meeting of
Meeting Shareholders was read & approved.
Bank Messrs Clayton & Wilson were deputed
Overdraft to make the necessary arrangements with
the Co's Bankers for an overdraft.
Inside Messrs Josephs & Morton attended the
Adverts meeting with a view to the readjustment
of terms of tenancy owing to the decision
of the Board to discontinue advertisements
