Finance Resolved that the Finance Committee
Committee consist of

Wade
Whitford
Wilson
and that they be empowered to fix
times and places of meeting.
Other Resolved that all other Committees
Committees consist of the whole Board.
Mr. Mahon Resolved unanimously that a very
hearty vote of thanks be accorded to
Mr. George Mahon for his services in
the chair and recording that only the
state of his health compelled the Board
to refrain from asking him to continue
in that position.
Day & hour of Resolved that the weekly meetings
Meeting of the Board be held at 6.45 pm.
on Wednesdays.
