"That a dividend of 5% free of tax

and after discussion it was
by an overwhelming majority (two
Shareholders dissenting) resolved
"That the vacancy on the Directorate
"caused by the death of Mr. George
"Mahon be not filled up: that
"the Resolution of August 29 1892
"whereby the number of Directors of the
"Company was fixed at ten be and is
"hereby rescinded and that in lieu
"thereof it is hereby resolved that the
"number of Directors of the Company
"shall be nine.
