I have been an Everton fan since 1965 when I was working in the Cammell Laird shipyard at Birkenhead. I was born and lived the first 16 years of my life in St.Austell, Cornwall.
My nephew was a good pal and school football team mate of Nigel Martyn. His name is Lee Friendship. I understand they played in the same team whilst at school, Lee in goal and Nigel in defence. Lee is now a carpenter working and married in Holland.
