On Friday 16th April The European Former Players Association (EFPA) held their Assembly Congress in Liverpool Central Library to coincide with The Everton Collection exhibition.
Former Barcelona player and Chairman of EFPA, Ramon Alfonseda, was impressed by both the exhibition and historic Picton Reading room. Former European players came together for the Assembly Congress to discuss EFPA plans, objectives and projects and included a talk by Rev. Harry Ross.
Before the Assembly began, Lord Grantchester, Chairman of The Everton Collection Charitable Trust, presented Ramon Alfonseda with the Everton Treasures book by David France.
