		Secretary reported that Everton beat Bootle
		at Everton in 2nd round L'pool Cup Tie by
		2 goals to nil.
		Team Jolliffe, Dick, Dobson, Higgins,
		Gibson, Weir, Farmer, Cassidy, Goudie,
		Watson, Fleming, referee Mr A B Hall.
		Secretary reported that the Council of the
		F.A found Everton Club guilty of
		professionalism in the cases of Dick,
		Weir, Izatt, Murray, Cassidy, Goudie, Watson
		& suspended the club until 5 Jany 1888
		& adjudged these men professionals.
