		Resolved to pay £75 on a/c improvements on
		ground to Mr. Houlding's a/c.

		Present Messrs Ramsay, Jackson, Webster, Wills,
		Marriott, Nisbet.
		Secretary reported that the Football Assocn. refused
		to mitigate the sentence against the club and
		players ruled as professionals.
		Secretary stated that he had reported Messrs Higgins
		& Briscoe for playing football during the term of 
		suspension.
		Resolved that the com. of this Club express their
		surprise at the action of the L & D, F. A. Com in
		expelling this Club from the Challenge Cup Comp. &
		enter a protest against such action - call upon the
		Assocn to reconsider & rescind their resolution.

EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
