The Chairman declared that Messrs
N. W. Coffey, F. W. Lake, & T. C. Nuttall were duly
elected to the Board.
After the result of the voting had been
declared Mr. Lindop, Solicitor on behalf of
Mr. R. F. Murphy, asked that having regard to
the notice already referred to, that all proxies and
voting papers be preserved in safe custody pending
a decision as to any proceedings, and the Chairman
undertook that this would be done.
Mr. T. C. Nuttall then tendered thanks
to the meeting on behalf of the three successful
Candidates.

Players Mr. Britton reported on the disappointing results
of the Seasons play, but referred to the excellent
achievements of the Junior Teams, and spoke of
the promise of a number of Junior players
already on the Club Books.
Vote of Thanks A vote of thanks to the Directors was
proposed by Mr. C. Balmforth & seconded by Mr.
J. W. Hemphill and supported by Mr. Joe Mercer.
After Mr. F. W. Micklesfield had paid
tribute to the staff, the Meeting closed with a
vote of Thanks to the Chairman proposed by
Mr. A. N. Denau.
