The Minutes of the last meetings were read
& confirmed.
Birnie The action of Dr. Baxter in consenting to
the reduction of this player's transfer fee to
£20 was confirmed.
Tranmere The Secretary submitted draft letter
Rovers F.C of terms & same was approved.
M'chester The Secretary reported that the amount of
United Compensation due to Manchester United
was £329.4.11 & the balance of 4/11 was
ordered to be paid.
Alterations The Secretary submitted contracts
a/ between ourselves & Henshaw & Sons for
£8484 and
b/ Ourselves & Blakely & Co. for £2968
as these would make it appear that the
