Alteration of The Secretary read draft proposal to
Art of Assocn. amend the Articles of Association as
follows:-
No person not being a retiring Director
shall be eligible for election to the office
of Director at any General Meeting unless
he or some other member intending to
propose him, has on or before the 1st day of
May in every year left at the office of
the Co. in writing duly signed signifying
his candidature for the office or the intention
of such member to propose him.
It was resolved that the names and
addresses of the proposer & seconder be
added & the draft proposal was
approved.
The Secretary was instructed to request
the attendance at the Annual Meeting
of the Co. Solicitor.
Blackburn This outside right being very favorably

to go to Scotland with full powers.
