Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed.
O'Hagan The Secretary reported that the League had
declined to interfere with the fee placed
upon this player's transfer.
B'gham That they had awarded Birmingham
£190 compensation & cheque for this amount
was ordered to be sent.
3rd team That Mr. Clayton had approved of the
draft proposals with a slight addition.
The dual representation of the Club at the
League & F.A. meetings was discussed
& it was unanimously resolved that Mr.
Bainbridge attend both meetings.
The proposition by Aston Villa was then
